If your account is past due, your service will be suspended. We might have to send you a new sim card to reactivate the suspended service, you might have to pay a $30 reactivation fee.

Auto Pay Authorization: By enrolling in the Auto Pay Service, Subscriber authorizes Zoom International Inc DBA Go Phone Shop to charge/debit electronically your Payment Method each month to pay the balance due on Subscriber’s account on the due date shown on your monthly bill statement. Zoom International Inc will continue to charge/debit your Payment Method each month unless you cancel your authorization at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of renewal services. Fees already paid for Services are not eligible for refund or proration.

Subscriber must notify Zoom International Inc of any change in account information or Payment Method. You will remain solely responsible for taking appropriate actions to ensure that payments are made when due.
